  • In the final step, you can log in to Internet Banking by entering the verification code sent to your mobile phone via SMS or by approving through Mobile Approval.

Virtual Keyboard

  •  In public places like internet cafes, "Keylogger" programs that record keyboard movements may be installed on computers. You can prevent your password from being stolen and ensure your security by using the Virtual Keyboard in such environments.

Transaction Limits

  • You can reduce your internet transaction limits via Kuveyt Türk Internet Branch. To increase the limits, contact your branch.
  • Your Kuveyt Türk Mobile transaction limits are set to be the same as the standard Internet Branch limits during your initial use. To reduce the transaction limit specific to Kuveyt Türk Mobile, you can give instructions via Internet Branch or Kuveyt Türk Customer Communication Center at 444 0 123. Limit increase requests should be made at your branch.
  •  Transaction limits for external applications are defined to be the same as your Kuveyt Türk Mobile limits. To adjust transaction limits specific to external applications, contact Kuveyt Türk Customer Communication Center at 444 0 123 – 0850 251 0 123.

IP Restriction / Country-Based IP Restriction

  • Through Kuveyt Türk Internet Branch or Customer Communication Center at 444 0 123, you can restrict access to your internet branch to a specified IP range.
  • To add or remove restrictions, enhance your Internet Banking security by following the Settings -> Restrictions -> IP Restriction steps in the Kuveyt Türk Internet Branch.

Account Restriction

  • You can grant "View Only" access to accounts in the Kuveyt Türk Internet Branch, closing them for financial transactions. To remove the restriction, contact Kuveyt Türk Customer Communication Center at 444 0 123 or your branch.

Defined Recipient Limitation

  • You can restrict money transfers to only your existing defined recipients via Kuveyt Türk Internet Branch. To remove the restriction, contact Kuveyt Türk Customer Communication Center at 444 0 123 or your branch.

Secure Signing

  • SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certification methods are used in Kuveyt Türk Mobile. The application is also signed with SSL.
  • Communication with Kuveyt Türk through external applications uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certification methods.

  • Be cautious against fraudulent activities. Do not trust individuals who call you, posing as police officers, prosecutors, judges, or other government officials requesting your password, card, or account information.
  • One-time passwords and card information sent to your phone are private to you. Do not share this information with anyone.
  • To use Kuveyt Türk Internet Branch, type www.kuveytturk.com.tr into your browser and log in.
  • Be cautious of emails claiming to be sent from Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank. Kuveyt Türk only sends emails for informational purposes and does not request any information from you. If you encounter such a situation, inform Kuveyt Türk Customer Communication Center at 444 0 123.
  • Do not use applications that are not listed in the "External Applications Using Kuveyt Türk APIs" on the Kuveyt Türk API Market website.
  • Use a phone opening password and key lock to prevent your mobile phone from being used by others.
  • Ensure that an antivirus program is installed and updated on your computer to protect it against viruses and similar programs.
  • Protect your mobile phone against viruses and malware. Ensure that your antivirus application is installed and updated. Do not download applications to your phone from platforms other than official application markets (AppStore, Google Play Store, etc.).
  • Ensure that personal firewall software is installed on your computer.
  • Keep your web browser updated to enhance your security.
  • Do not access Kuveyt Türk Internet Branch from internet cafes or computers you do not trust.
  • For your security, Kuveyt Türk Mobile will terminate your session if no active transaction is performed within 500 seconds. Do not leave your phone in places accessible to others while the application is open.
